Second, wedding dress silhouette will be sent to plate making room, our experienced person will make plate based on wedding dress silhouette and requirements from designers. Plate making usually takes 5hours to finish, and then use the plate making to make a sample to put on a model to ensure the plate making perfect.

Third, the tailor draw the silhouette and cut the fabric into pieces.

Fourth, to sew the fabric pieces together by machine, a wedding dress requires extremely skillful sewing to finish a wedding dress perfectly.

Fifth, ironing is a important step, which is helpful with fixing the wedding dress shape.

Sixth, Handmade appliqués and beading that should be sewn on the dress stitch by stitch according to the pattern on the pictures. If a wedding dress with heavy beading and appliqués, it usually takes several days to finish one piece wedding dress, that is why we usually judge quality by the detailed workmanship, to judge a wedding dress good or bad, just look at the workmanship( beading and appliqués and sew skill).

Seventh, we have inspection department to check the quality and deliver the goods .
