8.12 explosion in Tianjin
Explosion was terrible and always happened without any early warning. 23:30 Aug 12,2015, a sudden explosion took place in Tianjin, which happened at the first container ports of cross of the fifth street and Yuejin Road of new Binhai district in Tianjin, the cause of this explosion is combustibles and explosive goods put in containers, there the flame was roared., and after the intense explosion sound, tens of meters grey and white mushroom cloud suddenly jetted. subsequently the sky was incarnadined by fire and light, flame were splattered near the spot.
The first explosion took place at 6:34:23 on Aug 12,which is close to 2.3 on the Richter Scale, equivalent to 3tons TNT, while the second explosion took place within 30seconds, 2.9 on the Richter Scale, equivalent to 21tons TNT.
According to national seismo station news, feedback from internet users and tremble happened at Tanggu, Binhai，and hejian of Hebei province, suning ,Jinzhou and so on.
Tian jin Public Security Bureau Fire Brigade was the first to get to spot after they got alarm 22:50 on Aug 12.
Until 8 o’clock on Aug 13,2015, it has been 8hours since explosion took place, but the fire is not still put out because they lack of sandy soil that can help put out fire.
