The process of buying dresses from our company
1、Show your design
We have our own factory and can make dresses according to your design.you can
show me your drawing or pictures of dresses that you want.
2、Ask your details and give you price.
After checking your drawing or pictures of dresses that you showed.We will ask you
some questions .such as,tail of dress,details of beads,request of lace,and color (we
need to know that if need to dye lace) ,time that need dress ,etc.Then give you
accurate price.also need to ask the receipt of place,need to give you the shipping
cost.(it is better that you can write all details on document,then we can know all
details of dresses,it is fast and accurate)
3、Payment
After you accept the price,you need to pay 70% of value or total .Have some Kinds
of way to pay,such as,Western union ,T/T,Paypal, Escrow and Money Gram. And also
you need to show the receipt after paying .Then we can arrange dresses to make.
4、Confirm details
We have some questions of dresses to confirm during arranging orders.for example,
Choose color and lace ,and if dress is not simple,need to make paper patterns and
let you confirm .If size has problem ,we also need to tell you and need you
check;etc.Then we start to make after solving all problem .
5、Confirm pictures of dresses
After finishing dresses,we will take pictures and send to you ,let you
Confirm.when you think that it is ok,then we send to you without balance.if have
some place that you do not like and need to change.we can change for free if it is
reasonable.but if it is not reasonable,you need to pay fee to change.
6、Finish all payment and send to your dresses
After,you confirm dresses and think that do not have problem.Then pls finishing
all payment and we will send to your dresses and tell you the tracking number after
sending.
7、Customer service
When you received dresses,pls check then at the first time ,If have problem of
quality,pls tell us immediately.We will check,if our fault,we will think idea to solve the
problem.But pls do not tell us problem of quality when you have receive for long
time,because it will be broken if you can not protect dress well.
